Exchange Policy & Terms and Conditions


ORDER CONFIRMATION & AVAILABILITY

All orders are made to order and subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email confirmation.

All orders have a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Once the products has been dispatched you will also receive a dispatch confirmation by email.


SHIPPING

We send all orders within the EU with insured, secure delivery.

Any overseas orders will be sent tracked and signed for, however we cannot take responsibility for the quality of your local postal service. Please note that overseas shipping takes 10-15 working days.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery. In the event that no-one is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.


EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If returning an online order for a refund or exchange by post please let us know by emailing info@kajsamalmstrom.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include original packaging and paperwork in your return. We recommend sending any returns with recorded mail as we cannot take responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit.

The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any items purchased in person. We will however gladly exchange any unworn, undamaged goods within 14 days or purchase should you wish.


RETURNING FAULTY GOODS

Faulty items will be exchanged or repaired when delivered to us within 6 months of delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. 

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Please follow our care advice featured in your parcel for advice on how to look after your jewellery. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by unsuitable wear.
